Description: The power to absorb heat by skin contact. Can release heat absorbed or the user's own
body heat to emit heat. Releasing heat in a certain way can manipulate the way the wind can go by, even resulting as a tornado if enough
heat is released.

This needs a touch more detail, mainly, how much of your own body heat can you release before you're hypothermic or frostbitten?
